Through the pursuit of Matauranga and a sound knowledge of how to apply it in a modern context, I believe this Council can achieve great outcomes for Māori. I am a father of four Tamariki, dedicated to raising them in a healthy taiao that embraces tikanga Māori. I am also interested in youth development, our local arts movements and positive change for whanau, hapū and communities.
