Design of new animal shelter from south side.

We are building a new animal shelter on Kioreroa Road.

The new building will replace the existing dog pound that is more than 30 years old now and is struggling to meet welfare codes.

The new shelter will be safe for workers and animals, and future proofed for our growing District.

The total project budget is nearly $6.7 million.
