Dog has passed away

We are deeply sorry for your loss.  Dogs are cherished family members, and their passing is a difficult time.

We don't want to upset you by sending you an invoice the next time registration fees are due.

Let us know as soon as possible so we can update our records.

You may qualify for a refund of the registration fee.

You can request a refund of your registration fee when filling in the form.   Please provide proof of your bank account, as all refunds are made to the owner's bank account.

Note:   The refund amount is calculated on the number of complete months remaining in the registration year after the date of the request for refund.
