26 Mar 2025 Chorus contractors will install new fibre ducts along Whangarei Heads Road (from 1258 Whangarei Heads Road to 110 Ritchie Road) from 17 February to 15 June 2025. Stop / go traffic management may be used outside of peak times.

McLean Road temporary road closure

26 Mar 2025 A section of McLean Road between Ginty Way and South Road will be closed during the day on weekdays from Monday 3 March until early May 2025 for a seal extension project, which includes improving drainage, removing vegetation and building a new sealed pavement.
