The publicly available rates information provided is based on rating values as at 1 July 2021.

You can search by address, property ID, assessment number or legal description.  Simply select the method and start typing in the search below to see the property information, rates information or a map. 

If any information about your property is incorrect, please let us know and we will update it  

There is some information that we do not display  such as the owner of the property and any rates owing. This data is used to assess rates on a property (rating unit) each year.

The rates breakdown provides the current year’s rates excluding remissions (rates relief). 

Newly created properties and non-rateable properties may not display the rates breakdown.
