The publicly available rates information provided is based on rating values as at 1 July 2021 (the 1 July 2024 values will be used to calculate the 2025-2026 rates).

If any information about your property is incorrect, please let us know and we will update it.

Rates database search

There is some information that we do not display  such as the owner of the property and any rates owing. This data is used to assess rates on a property (rating unit) each year.

The rates breakdown provides the current year’s rates excluding remissions (rates relief). 

Newly created properties and non-rateable properties may not display the rates breakdown.
