Apply for a property search

If you are interested in a property but do not want to apply for a LIM, you can apply for a general property search containing: 

  • copies of site, floor plan, elevation and drainage as-built plans
  • a copy of the Code Compliance Certificate (if the building work is signed-off). 

If you would like other information this can also be requested.

There is a standard fee to do property searches for both Residential and Commercial property.  There also may be photocopying charges.

You can pay the fee with cash, Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard at our customer service centre.
