Get ready to brighten up the Hātea Loop once again!

Join us for the third annual Whangārei Pride Parade, a celebration of love, diversity, takatāpui and community, followed by the fabulous Gaÿla at Pūtahi Park.

Parade details:

Meet at Pohe Island Carpark.
Gather from 4:00pm for opening karakia and safety briefing.
Parade begins at 4:30pm following the loop over Te Matau a Pohe bridge then to Pūtahi Park.

Gaÿla at Pūtahi Park:

Performances, stalls, food and community vibes from 4:30pm to 8:00pm (or continue on celebrating at our afterparty at Pride HQ on John Street).
Be part of our epic group photo in Pūtahi Park at 5:15pm to commemorate the day.
Everyone is welcome – bring your friends, whānau, and most fabulous selves to celebrate our rainbow and takatāpui communities.
