A Rock, Soul and R&B evening that will cater for all your summer outdoor concert needs, opening with Classic Rock standards from Sirrah, featuring Bryan Harris on congas and Chris Nielson on trumpet and sax. This popular duo are regular performers in Auckland.

Followed by the bluesy tones of local Wai Mason and the Black Dog Blues Band – a four-piece band with Neil Polkinghorne on drums, Matt Hepburn on lead guitar and Mike Rubey on bass.

The evening will finish up with local band Beats Workin, a high-energy horns-driven Soul and R&B band, with Brian Glamuzina on harmonica, Walter Bianco on sax (originally with Herbs), the legendary Philip Pritchard on lead guitar and vocals, Garry Clarke, who performed with the Carson Boogie Band, on base and vocals, and Brett Nielson on drums. Brett was the original drummer in the legendary La De Das. All these guys have performed in many bands throughout New Zealand and Australia. This band will get the audience up on their feet and they wont want to leave. Prepare to party!

Tahamoana's outdoor setting overlooking the beautiful Bream Bay has four-level grass tiered seating, plenty of parking, a food vendor on site and decent comfort facilities.
