This vibrant experience is all about diving into the world of clay handbuilding, where over the course of the day you will learn foundational techniques to mould and shape creations of your imagination.

Whether you’re a clay novice starting out or just looking to have some fun, join us for this introductory workshop that promises to be a joyful, messy adventure.

Throughout the one-day workshop, you will:

• learn how to prepare and use different clays
• explore a range of hand-working techniques, joining methods, slab rolling, and mould usage.
• gain knowledge about good studio practices and kiln firing.
• use the ceramic facilities at the Quarry.
