Do you need help using technology?

Come along to one of these fun, free drop-in sessions for help using your smartphone, iPad, tablet, laptop or computer.

Spend up to 30 minutes with a librarian or volunteer coach who can help you with things such as:

  • using your phone
  • email
  • searching the internet
  • online banking education
  • searching the library catalogue
  • getting eBooks and eAudiobooks
  • general computer queries.

30 minute talks presented by Westpac.
Westpac staff will talk about scams and online banking at: 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm.
They will be on hand afterwards to answer any questions.

Skinny Jump – low cost pre-paid internet

Find out about Skinny Jump, a subsidised wireless pre-pay internet service, supported by Spark New Zealand. 
The service is aimed at households that do not have a broadband internet connection, with a special focus on those recognised as being digitally disadvantaged.
