Junior membership

People under 18 years need to have a guarantor to join the library.

Guarantors must be adult members of Whangarei District Libraries who agree to take responsibility for and to pay upon demand, all damages, fines, administration charges and replacement costs that are incurred as a result of the borrowers' failure to meet such obligations. See membership conditions below.

The guarantor must be with the young person in the library to complete enrolment and sign the registration form.

We can enrol the guarantor and young person at the same time.
