Free Wi-Fi

A free Wi-Fi service is available at Whangārei Central, Kamo, Onerahi and Tikipunga Libraries during library opening hours.

Using Library Wi-Fi

Step 1.Bring your mobile device 

Bring your laptop, tablet or smartphone to one of the Whangarei District Libraries. 

Step 2.Connecting to the Library Wi-Fi

Click or tap on Library in the list of available wireless networks on your device.

Step 3.Accept the Terms of Use

Tick I accept the Terms of Use.

Step 4.Connect

Simply click on connect.

  • The Library Wi-Fi service is available only during library opening hours.

  • Connection to this Wi-Fi service may not be available on some devices.

By accessing the wireless network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this agreement.

The wireless network service is provided by Whangarei District Libraries and is completely at their discretion. Your access to the network may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason and no refund will be issued.

You agree not to use the wireless network for any purpose that is unlawful and take full responsibility of your actions.

The wireless network is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
