The “COVID-19 Local Government Response Unit” has advised that Councils should close public toilets, unless deemed necessary for specific reasons (servicing key public transport and service routes, and essential workers).
Most public toilets are temporarily closed.
Council owns and maintains 64 public toilets, which are located throughout the district adjacent to beaches, parks, walks and other visitor attractions.

Graffiti and vandalism
We discourage graffiti and vandalism and we want to repair damage as soon as possible.
